Recovery does not happen in a vacuum. It happens inside a structure that makes sobriety the default rather than the exception. Tuscawilla Place is a 100 percent sober campus. Every resident agrees to the same standards. Every resident is held to the same expectations. The rules are not obstacles to living here. They are the foundation that makes living here work.
For treatment centers and court programs placing clients here: the structure below is what your client is walking into. A monitored, accountable environment with a full-time manager on-site, daily recovery meetings, and a community of residents committed to the same goal.
Accountability at Tuscawilla Place is not a policy on paper. It is a person on the property.
The on-site manager, lives and works at Tuscawilla Place full time. He is not a remote administrator or a part-time supervisor. He is present on the campus every day, available to residents, and responsible for maintaining the standards that keep this a safe and sober environment.
This level of on-site management is rare among sober living homes. For families, it means a loved one is never unsupervised. For case managers and court officers, it means the accountability is real and consistent. For residents, it means there is always someone available when the road gets difficult.
Every resident at Tuscawilla Place agrees to these standards before moving in. The rules exist to protect the sobriety and wellbeing of the entire community. They are applied consistently and without exception.
