Tuscawilla Place is a structured sober living campus in Ocala, Florida that accepts referrals from treatment centers, courts, and judges throughout Marion County and the surrounding region.
When you place a client here, you are placing them in a 100 percent sober, monitored environment with a full-time manager on campus, daily AA meetings, random testing, and separate housing for men and women. Zero tolerance for drug and alcohol use. Random testing is in place for all residents. When you place a client here, they are in a monitored, sober environment from day one.
A manager lives and works at Tuscawilla Place around the clock. The campus is monitored every day, not just during business hours. Accountability is consistent and ongoing.
Recovery support is part of daily life on the campus. Residents do not need transportation to access meetings. The program is here, every day, steps from their door.
Men and women live in completely separate areas of the campus. Women’s housing is apartment-style. Both sides have their own living spaces, common areas, and daily rhythms.
The SunTran bus route runs near the campus. Residents can get to employment, appointments, and essential services without a vehicle. The location supports independence.
A temporary employment agency is located close to the campus. Residents who are ready to return to work have a direct path to income without needing a car.
Treatment centers with grant programs can arrange funded placements. We work directly with referring treatment centers on the financial arrangement. Call to discuss.

Some treatment centers have grant programs that can fund the cost of sober living for clients transitioning out of their program. Tuscawilla Place accepts clients under these grant arrangements.

On move-in day, your client is brought in for orientation. The first weekly payment is due the following Friday.
